You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gacor108 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
